Hey love. The best thing you can use when sick. Is airborne the vitamin c it's a 1,000 bolts. Drop it inside orange juice for extra vitamin c. I drink 3 bottles a day when I get sick. (Water bottle) Then suck on lemons because they have more vitamin c than an orange. Then you can eat kiwis if you like them because they to have more vitamin c than an orange. I hope this helps you.

Heads up, Maya. Whenever you have reservations, give yourself ample time for traffic. ATL has gotten super congested within the last few years. I've lived here for 25 years and 10 years ago, it took me 30 minutes to travel 1 mile down Scenic Highway -- nothing special, just our normal congestion. I moved from that area but traffic still abounds, so make sure you factor in traffic whenever you have plans, especially going into the city.

I made a small jar of homemade antibiotics with garlic and ginger and apple idea vinegar and some other stuff..I also stock up in those immunity shots from the grocery store..they r really the plug..try them out..the turmeric, ginger and the elderberry shots will help u feel better..the suja brand is my fave..
