Phoebe is a close second though!! ❤ But I remember an episode when Phoebe was going to be Monica s maid of honour and Rachel came and gave her all the things she kept for Monica's special day and Phoebe realised how much Rachel was invested in Monica's life and decided to allow Rachel to be Monica's maid of honor. I thought it was really sweet how Rachel saved all the little things for Monica's wedding day. ❤
