I am 49 years old and the only one of my girl-friends who doesn’t have a child so imagine the problems we have for finding a date to meet all of us. Sometimes I feel lonely, but when we finally meet it is very special. Excellent video, Caitlin. Take care❤❤

Hey, there’s a way to avoid weaving in ends - just look up “crochet weave in as you go”, it’s such a game changer! Have you tried it? Lovely vlog as always Caitlin! 💕Love what you said about friendship, any thoughts on how to make (new) friends as an adult?

I would love to hear some advice on making new friends as well. Being an introvert, I put myself in a “clique” in middle/high school. Just 3 of us always talking and chatting. Now we’re all 26. One is married with a kid and has turned her friendship group focus to those who are also married with kids, and the other one, though single like me, has put me at the bottom of her friend list. Always telling me she’s “too busy to chat” for a whole month, but will talk to one of her other friends twice a week for hours on end. (Her other friend told me this, not realizing what our mutual “friend” was telling me.) I’ve been working on reaching out to some of the other people I have interacted with in my life to see if I can start new friendships, but would love any advice out there.

Hi Caitlin, a little trick I've learned for using a stainless steel pan: when you first turn on the heat, add a small piece of butter right away. Once the butter melts completely, lower the heat to medium-low, then add the rest of the butter and your ingredients. This helps you know when the pan is at the perfect temperature ☺

I started laughing when I saw you eating the apple and peanut butter - it's something I love too and recently raised many eyebrows at work when my colleagues saw me eating it. Nice to know I'm not the only one! Also I love the book bouquet - it's my reading mother's birthday soon so this is a really nice present idea!

Love yogi’s Egyptian licorice tea. Some fun authors I have been reading lately are Lucy Score (Maggie Moves On) and Cathy Yardley (Ponto Beach series). Well written and entertaining. 🙂

If you’re looking for fiction that isn’t “same same same” I’d recommend “Weyward” by Emilia Hart. It’s not romance but such a great unique read, I needed a romance pallet cleaner and it was amazing!

Hi! I’m not an expert either but I’ve been using stainless steel for years for most everything EXCEPT eggs. I have one non stick and I use it exclusively for eggs. So you do you but know that eggs are super hard so it’s not just you!

Weaving in is the worst part of crotchet... once you are done, consider blocking the squares before joining, so your blanket looks even better. Blankets are definitely a marathon, not a sprint, but you are doing great so far!

Sooooo....you deleted my comment??? Why are you presenting as a single woman in your twenties when in this video you specifically said 'MY HUSBAND'???? Feels like you are being very inauthentic.
