From playing as Frieza myself, I thought he seemed much more powerful in comparison to Cell, especially because Frieza can fly and shoot blasts from Stage 1.

3:08 It would probably make less sense to destroy Zone D since the Super Time Machine appears when all zones (other than destroyed) are completed. So my destroying A or C the survivors would have to complete two zones versus the 1 they need to complete if you destroy D or E (so that you would have more time to kill survivors and not have to worry about STM)

But when the super time machine appears, the bonus progress speed they recieve is based on completed zones, destroyed or not, and destroyed ones can't be completed. I think that destroying non completed zones is better if you have a level advantage, since forcing an early super time machine that progresses slower while the survivors are at a lower level gives you a higher chance of picking the higher level ones if they are alone or just straight up destroying the super time machine and then the emergency one after. TLDR: I think you can use pushing early an STM by destroying zones to your advantage if you think you can make agressive plays

Yeah when they can’t fight back and need to escape, you need to set up the super time machine so they can’t use the escape ones. Then you can pick off the rest and maybe save one to destroy the escape after destroying the super time machine.

I have a feeling this game is just a cash grab but if they make it fun for both sides this could be really good, I just hope that the villains don't just completely stomp the survivors though because that will probably kill the game quickly. kind of like what happened to predator hunting grounds since I never see anything about that on youtube since launch, and I've heard it's at least a 5 minute wait for matches now.

Unless they do something to make the Raiders OP after launch: The villains only stomp on the Survivors in the early levels. When Survivors reach Lvl 20, maxing out 1 to 2 skills they prefer, they are far more competent against Raiders. When Survivors reach lvl 30... unless the Raider is lvl 30+, the Raider gets STOMPED ON by lvl 30 Survivors. I only reached lvl 40 in the beta. But me and my fellow 35+ Survivors almost always won against lvl 1-28 Raiders. It kind of has the Dead by Daylight problem (where the killers get bullied by high level survivors), but nowhere near as disrespectful (DBTB Survivors literally have no time to T-bag), and the Raider can at least destroy problematic areas (wherein DBD, they just had to DEAL with annoying areas for the entire game).

This looks like a lot of fun but I can't get past the reused animations and shoddy models. I mean a game that's sole focus is the villains cant even have completely newly animated attacks, or animate frieza transforming beyond a puff of smoke after a really long quiet hiatus? Like our main complaint was we needed a new game and all then they reuse xv assets again. Anyway db kinda having dubs left and right this week but this game needs some polish.
