Yeah Yardratians are masters of instant transmission which as you know it’s basically a teleportation technique and when Goku fought Frieza on Planet Namek back in DBZ, right before the planet was about to explode because of Frieza he managed to escape by a couple seconds he put in random coordinates and the ship somehow landed on Planet Yardrat. They taught him instant transmission and helped him get to earth right after Frieza and his father King Cold was killed by future Trunks. (Frieza tried to comeback for revenge) Also instant transmission is a technique that allows a user to instantly travel to another location by focusing on a an energy signature, essentially teleporting themselves across vast distances without physically moving through the space between.

18:41 Most people would think that especially if you’re new to Dragon Ball. But your forgetting Goku is an expert at Instant Transmission but the Yardartians are the literal masters of it so they can use it way more efficiently than Goku can. So no Gohan would of definitely had trouble seeing how he’s not use to instant transmission being use that efficiently and especially because how they use it in a fight so flawlessly which we’ve never seen Goku do.
