each segment is way to spread apart in my opinion. you have to wait forever until the next one comes. this parade is also getting pretty old so i think they should make a new one

He's not a villain but he just does what he wants, so I figure (in-story) he just wandered in and they didn't stop him.

The Cheshire Cat was a rare character at Disneyland for years until 2021 after the park reopened and he would appear in distanced meet and greets with Alice in Disneyland. That went on for several months and now he appears at the end of the Oogie Boogie Bash Halloween parade.

It's strange cause Gaston used to be where Cheshire Cat is in previous years who's a much better fit for a villain. He's not even with the rest of the villains in the parade this year so idk why he was replaced with Cheshire Cat
