What setting did you put the dial on?

Just turn it clockwise until it gets cold enough. Remember its perfectly normal that droplets of water or ice forms on the back inside of the fridge.

Mine has water drops on the inside back wall is this normal? And where does the water go when it passes through the drain hole i dont want it going in the floor.

Probably a small drain pan... make sure the fridge is sitting level.

That's perfectly normal for a fridge that isn't frost-free. You'll get droplets of water or ice on the back wall.,,......Mike

Sure, magnets stick fine to any spot on the fridge. I use them mainly for holding up notes. BTW, after more than six months of ownership I'm very pleased with it. …. Mike
