Thanks for this video, not many out there that describe this style of front panel. Who knew those plastic rings were the key? The new switches are very different but they are labeled P, L, H, exc, just need to pay attention and move one wire at a time.

Thanks for this video! Can you clarify which screws to take out for the front panel to come off? I have a Frigidaire with a very similar front panel, and a knob has come loose. I took out 4 screws which are at the front bottom of the panel, but it still won't budge. I don't wanna use too much force and end up breaking it.

Ya trying to find out the. Same thing?
@agaur863 жыл бұрын
@@brentollson6810 I figured it out. What's suggested in this video is all it takes! Just pull out the knobs, remove the washers underneath them, and the front panel will come off. No screws need to be even touched! Hope this helps.

When you say "a knob has come loose" do you mean it dropped down inside? I have that on my stove, I'm trying to understand if I need to order a part or if I just need to open the front up, push the knob back through and screw it in place.

I have a question why you change all the switches. Have a problem the same brand of yours but my problem is all the burner will not work and you turn off any switche no power at all.
