Its sensing the load size. By the amount of strain on the agitator. If the agitator is to hard to move it knows it needs to add more water.

Just purchased and installed this set. The drain hose shakes so much when draining the water, it seems like it's going to pop off. Don't want a flood so will tighten the connection, but 🤦‍♂️!

The timer on this machine is the worst. It seems to start off showing the time PER cycle, so it’s so many minutes for the wash then resets so how many minutes for the rinse cycle. Each load takes forever. No sense in that.

How do you soak longer than it allows. I like to soak overnight. I stop the machine to soak, when starting it up it filled up with water. Don't want to change water level. Thanks Lind

It has an auto sensor for water level, it's hit and miss. I hate the fact you can not control the water level. Many times there is not enough water, so I just start it over and I see the water level, after that it fills to max level

THE WAY IT SPINS AT 2:35, THROWS ALL THE CLOTHES TO ONE SIDE AND MAKES IT OFF BALANCE. Mine sytays off balnce and wont spin until i rearrange everything and do a drain and spin. worthless machine

My fabric softener dispenser won’t drain. I cleaned it out and used hot water to dissolve any clogs and nothing.

Same thing happened to me but I fixed it! I’m not an expert but this worked for me! I left the washer open with a towel stuck in the fabric softener compartment to soak up the water. Then I stuck my finger in there to scrape away some of the waxy built up. For about 10-15 washes in a row (as I did my regular loads that month or so) I would microwave some vinegar until it was close to boiling but not boiling and pour in the fabric softener part and press the fabric softener button. The vinegar actually softened my clothes and my clothes never smelled like vinegar. It actually had a fresher scent like the detergent seemed better. It eventually did empty and clean out the compartment. I used fabric softener since but then after researching about how it ruins washers over time I don’t use any. Occasionally I use vinegar though just because I like how my clothes felt.

I had to clean out the dispenser that way too. Quit using liquid fabric softener completely.

I just installed mine today. Connected everything right. Wanted to start to using it and it's not filling with water at all. The washer start right into wash mode without actually putting any water in it. Reviewed water pressure, it's fine. Not sure what to do now.

It does that. It rotates back and forth for a minute before it starts putting in water. Fooled me to. I started looking at trouble shooting. Tried it again when I figured out it was normal. Just wait a couple minutes. The water will come.

Thanks, but I’m having problem with rinse and spin it keep repeating for example it start with 28 mins (full of water), it goes to 16mins the water drain then all of sudden it’s back 22mins !and fulling back with water and repeats.

Mine is doing the same thing, and now the tub is off balance. I’m so irritated about this washer, I can’t get the fabric softener to dispense and when I clean it out I use hot water and vinegar. That’s helps but then the softener just keeps sitting in the dispenser. What A piece of Junk!

I have this machines is a good machine but dont put too many heavy conforters more than one at a time because its will go on an error cycle and its wont stop trying to rinse and spin not till you manually stop it and remove on item its will run right

Seems to work. Cycles are just too long. Spin seems to start and stop repeatedly for ever. Think I'll try quick wash next time

@@estherjoseph1415 no fix as it is doing what it is supposed to do. I guess all these newer washing machines that use sensors have much longer Cycles then the old machines. I basically do all my watches using the quick wash selection. It seems to do fine for me and it doesn't take so long. Haven't had a problem with it yet. It just takes getting used to it not being like the old traditional machines

La mia no medio seca la ropa la deja llena de agua solo lava y vacia el agua llena y sigue asi intenta dar vuelta y solo da como 10 segundos vuelta rapido y ya se par y se vuelve a llenar y no entiendo si solo estoy poniendo 4 camisas osea nada y yo ocupo que no me deje la ropa tan llena de agua no hace ese giro que va a rapides solo se detiene y empieza denuevo a lavar

This machine is horrible. Clothes do not get get clean. His is agitating more than mine, and mine keeps showing an er3. Plus im old school. I just put the detergent right on the clothes🤷🏾‍♀️. No matter how much detergent i use. There's never any suds🥴

This is probably just some Chinese junk. The washer looks very Chinese and just looks cheap. It reminds me of a Midea or a Haier. And no, this is definitely not made by Frigidaire. GE got purchased by Haier but I don’t think their machines are actually built by Haier. Don’t buy appliances from companies you’ve never heard of before. Especially if you come across a no name washing machine or something. This washer also has a very generic design.
