At the 19:15 mark. I never seen flashing yellow light for dual left turning lanes. I always wonder why the left turn signals were 5 lights when I was looking at street view of Frisco, TX on Google Map.

Arlington uses the standard four light yield on flashing yellow signal which what most other states use
