FRISTON FOREST/ Review & Enduro Training

Hey guys, so this video started out with the intention to do a review on my local forest, but turned into an insight into my enduro training that I do there.
Friston Forest is nestled in the South Downs National Park, with a network of trails and walking paths. Also has a great cafe serving local produce and a wicked bike shop 'Cuckmere Cycles Company'.
This ride happened a day after a heavy downpour, so the conditions were very greasy. But on dry conditions, it's a very fast dusty place to ride.

​@GRANTROBERTPETERS so that last track I think is called 'OG'. If you keep riding right of xfiles from the fire road, not the very top, the bit just below it. Go past the step up line. You'll eventually come to a walking path. It's just in there.
