It feels to me like the surveil land should match overgrown tomb. You fetch it so often on turn 1, and when you do it makes 2 of the triome's 3 colors redundant. It makes the triome more powerful if it doesn't share colors with the surveil land.

Frog is very bad against most of the Eldrazi Decks out there. I don't think it's too strong in the overall meta game.

Probably will get banned. I'm playing murktide without oculus right now. Frog isn't oppressive but being a discard outlet and card draw and a growable threat and pitchable for counterspell, it's just doing too much to not rise heavily in play. As long as the play rate stays reasonable, it will be fine, but if it starts pushing past 20%, then frogs in danger. Right now people are mostly just brewing with frog and murk/occulus remains the only consistent frog deck but once that changes it's play rate will shoot up.
