This is a fun and relaxing episode. I also have a question: If I wanted to start something like a letsplay, should I start it from Day 1 or could I just use the world I already have with ~200 days on it?

I’m glad you liked it. For a Let’s play, it’s whatever you want. You could try a world tour of your current world and see how it does. There are good reasons for doing either. It might be good practice with your current world. Then, when you are more comfortable making videos, you could start a new world. It’s really up to you.
