Eva, when you were talking about feeling down on the Monday after a weekend of highs, girl sameeee and also, that's a real thing! It's actually a really good thing - your hormones have been super high and excited and then they need to renormalize and like re-level so that you are able to feel excited again in the future. Because if they stayed that high, you'd get used to it and then the highs would have to keep getting higher to feel high... if you know what I mean! And eventually you'd just stop feeling excitement altogether. So even though it feels a bit of a downer in the moment just know it's your body renormalizing so you can have more amazing experiences in the future 😸
