Mr. David Rotich, (Kisanana) opens his gates to us, explains in details how his dairy project has given him safe landing after his retirement as a teacher.
"I served as a teacher for many years. When my retirement was almost due, I resigned on voluntary service to attend to my after-life activities," Kisanana said.
He further explains that he later got safe landing at his home; Ambusket Village, in Amalo Ward of Nakuru County, where he ventured in Dairy farming. He named his farm Mwangaza Dairy Training Centre.
Through the support of various individuals and organizations, his farm has grown to becoming a Training Centre where farmers from all corner of the Republic of Kenya seek knowledge in dairy farming.
Mr. Rotich sees a greater future in his farm where he pointed that he has plans to breed and sell heifers from the farm.

A teacher remains always a teacher. He is perfect, organised, systematic, focused, visionary and a planner too. I am also a farmer but not to this level. Now, I must visit this farm in three weeks time together with my workers and family. Keep it up mzee, the sky is the limit.
