To get up on stage in his condition was one of the bravest things I have ever seen. He did not take it lying down! I'll always love this inspiring and courageous man....

Gone but not forgotten. Here on a day in late October 2021- I think of Glenn and his legendary legacy. So many great songs. Such a great musician. A long and diverse career... and just a decent and humane person. And I believe many, many people think the same thing about him. God bless you and your family Glenn. You may be no longer with us, but as long as your music is still around, And your legendary Life is still part of our memories, you still live on and have meaning in this world we exist in. Thanks for your contribution in making this world a better place!

One of the very very best voices I've ever heard. I'm talking about singers going back before I was born, even back in the '40s. I've seen what Alzheimer's Dementia does to even people with I.Q.s above 160 & with average I.Q.s as a mental health nurse (now retired), and as a son and grand son, and once as a nephew. I miss Glen's voice; his LPs and CDs are gentle on my mind and spirit.

So much sadness and loss with Alzheimers.. I spent a nine years caring for A;zheimers persons and their families...and it was the highlight of my 50 year career as an RN. I've always been a devotee of heavy metal and hard rock, and that's what I sing and play. But Glen Campbell always struck me as an outstanding performer: a pitch-perfect singer and a highly skilled and inspirational guitarist. And yes, his final song did bring tears to my eyes. My father died due to complications of medication when he was deep into Alzheimer's Disease, during the process of which it was like I was now the father and he the child. So my thoughts are with his family, because I know what it's like to lose a loved one to that disease as it chips away at their personality. RIP, Glen. This was the loss to the world of a huge musical talent, although his recordings ensure that the memory of him can never fade away.
