I think he's playing Power Press System. That's when you add the winnings from one hand to your next bet. And when you lose, you drop to your original bet. Most players would advise against this system because typically you will lose a lot of money in a short period of time. This guy just got insanely lucky with a one in a million shoe.

I’ve never seen table rules where u can split more then 3 times and draw a third card on that hand usually u can split up to 4 times ( on non A’s) and u only get one card. Or split up to 3 times and u can draw on the hand.
