Since the birth of civilization humans have considered ourselves separate and opposed to nature-including our own body. This is a fallacy. We are an inextricable part of nature, and this realization begs a change in everything from birth to death. We have collectively reached our ecological and psychological limits and are now experiencing the labor pains of a necessary rebirth into unification. Dr. Zach Bush MD applies his vast medical and metaphysical experience in extrapolating how the four phases of birth apply to the rebirth of a new humanity. He is joined by one of the great philosophers and writers of our time, Charles Eisenstein. This is a must listen, once in a lifetime episode!

Sorry, but this is a micro demonstration of male power over women (nature!) How dare you 3men speaking about pregnancy, delivery and child birth without one woman and mother being present? How ignorant of you! Don't use "we" for the other half of the population, if you - trained in male run medicine universities courses, were you thought of the malificous mechanic, technical male anti women and natute medicine! You were the ones who threw out the before solely in women's hand business of midwivery! You took it over and out of our own hands! You - because of power hunger and your iignorant male therories of life! Because you also wanted to play a big role in the only field of life, where women had more than you.... All your versions of history was made and written from men for men. Don't you dare to speak of "we" in women's name and for us. Step back with your male dominant versions of life philosophies, states, religiions and if you really want a change, step back from your control of everything and let women, children and nature go in front of you. Help them, to get the missing fair share of life here on earth. We don't need anothet mensplaining of life.

I cried rivers too, because everything he said was describing my experiences at this moment, last fall I cut down all my roses, to the the crown, determined to dig them out to be replaced, some way some how this morning I stopped to realized how they grew through the freaking harsh winter, and they looked healthier than ever, I just said to my self: wow, this year might be their greatest one, I might not dig them after all, I’ll let them be. And to make things more magical as I breath Oracle cards, I own about 3 dozens and I am here, listening, just playing with my cat

The part about the roses was a very powerful and beautiful moment, it made me cry. It reminds me of a very profound dream I once had, I would like to share. I'll give a little back story what preceded it, so that significance of the imagery will be more clear. I had my first experience of unity consciousness in the Atacama desert of Peru. Deserts have held a very powerful draw to me, it's the emptiness and vastness. The day I had the dream I was in the library looking at books on astronomy. I was overwhelmed by a feeling of how small I am and had felt insignificant. And I said to myself; we are but grains of sand in a vast desert of emptiness. The dream I am standing in a vast empty desert with grains of sand as far as the eye can see. All of a sudden my soul is lifted out of my body, and with the speed of light propelled into space. I look down at the Earth, this exquisitely beautiful marble, it is perfect, it is my home. I feel an overwhelming sense of belonging and love. I begin to feel all of life, they are all of me and I of them. In that moment I feel unity consciousness. My soul is brought back into my body, I am still in the desert. Before me stands a desert flower, a flower I have seen in the desert of Peru. It only flowers once after many years and then it dies. I fall to my knees in front of the flower and begin to cry. We are the flower, we are the flowering, and we are the witness of this rare event, and it is beautiful, it is life, it is the flowering of consciousness.

After having four successful water-births home births with a doula and midwife, these statistics are disheartening for the U.S. We need to foster more education around home births as an option and possibility for those women who are interested in exploring this birth option for suitable candidates for having their babies at home or in a birth center with so many more options with environment, attendees, etc. Thanks for sharing another great podcast!

In a corporate run and profit driven economy, governing forces would never promote anything natural because there is no profit (or not as much) in having families give birth at home or in more natural ways. C-sections make more money than natural, and they can be done at will, which is better for the medical care machine we have built. Natural births take longer and happen on their own schedule. Doctors like quick and easy…
@SK-ut6tw

Home births are risky. Anything could go wrong at anytime during a labor and delivery. A low risk pregnant woman is low risk until she isn't. You're going to want that oxygen if that baby aspirates. Or that c section incase if last minute cord prolapse. I have seen so many tragic deaths due to home births that were unavoidable.

I wish people who say with such confidence that homebirth is "unsafe" would actually inform yourselves about what the research actually says on the topic. I have a lived experience of this. I am a retired midwife. Attended many home, hospital and birth centre births. Two safe happy natural homebirths of my own. I am not an engineer but I could make all sorts of confident pronouncements about bridges falling down in an attempt to shame and denigrate the conversation. If you want to explain to me why birth is so dangerous find the actual research and get back to me. I'll wait.

What a fantastic conversation for those of us sensing the positive-hopeful expectation of better things to come apart from the visual circumstances seen around the world. When you come from love everything seems to come into place as you allow the process...the birthing process of life. I pushed against the fear campaign that began in 2020 "knowing" that there was high potential of successful possibilities in the process of figuring it all out - and I struggled with a constant attempt not to push against the forces that would attempt to silence the voices announcing the way out to bring healing. Well, this conversation brought more of that "knowing" to the forefront to squelch any fears and added to the joy of knowing I'm ok and all is well. The statement "In order to be alive you have to risk surviving anything - Life wants to grow" says it all for me about the last 2 years. This is the best of times and I'm glad I showed up for it. Thank you so much for sharing!

Absolutely vital to have the women's take on this, the embodied experience of giving birth, with all the fears, fantasies, self-consciousness, terror, ambivalence, joy and just plain complexity of the ordeal that childbirth can be. Birth is first and foremost an individual physical and psychological experience, the social and philosofical aspects come afterwards.

"Separation created this reality, for God knew that the separated must have a foundation upon which to exist. And it has set in train the physical Universe that you are only beginning to comprehend and that you must learn to serve and to recognize if you are to outgrow its fascinations and to forgive its tragedies. Creation beyond this is beyond your awareness now though you are actually living within it, for the temporary creation is happening at another level. You are already surrounded by the permanent creation, but your eyes cannot see it, your ears cannot hear it, your fingers cannot touch it because your senses were only established to recognize physical things-things that are moving, objects that are moving, sounds that are changing. The Greater Reality in which you live is all around you. You have never left it, but given your reliance upon your senses, you cannot experience it directly without a certain kind of preparation." An excerpt from *The One God* - Chapter 5: What is Creation? - a free book by Marshall Vian Summers.

@Ivan very well said my friend, I see you've had a lot of time to develop your comprehension(or rather very well said Marshall Vian Summers, wonderful quote my friend) I would like to share with you a parable and thank you for this space we have co-created my divinity into yours neighbor Luke17:21 20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: 21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. 22 And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it. @@oneworldonehome (0=2) or (0 = -1+1) Duality; without the dark there can be no light, without the separation/preparation there could be no unification. “Once, in a past time, I spoke to the Dweller. Asked of the mystery of Time and Space. Asked Him the question that surged in my being, saying: O Master, what is space and time? Then to me spoke HE, the Master: Know ye, O Thoth, in the beginning there and VOID and nothingness, a timeless, spaceless, nothingness. Love that the discussion starts with Dr. Stan Grof’s perinatal matrices. Charles talks about the 4 stages for any birth:1) “Uterine bliss” - all needs provided for. The state of growth without apparent limit. Womb is a generally all-providing, all-nourishing environment 2) Confinement - the world is closing in on you. Contractions, before the cervix is opened. A feeling of pressure, and increasing pressure with no way out. Corresponds to existential philosophy. There’s no exit and a psychological component of despair. Then it reaches a peak of intolerability with no alternative. 3) Cervix opens and baby moves down brith canal Which on one level is an even more intense experience, as forces are bearing down on you. But psychologically it’s much different as you literally see a “light at the end of the tunnel” Bringing you towards a new world. You can’t imagine what the new world is, but you’ve received hints of it. 4) Emergence into a new world. A separation from all that you’ve known. But in ideal circumstances a reconnection with the mother. And some newfound freedoms.

So many thoughts.... I enjoyed this conversation. Surely we all have a part in birthing (we all participated in at least one) so anyone can participate in a conversation with analogies of birthing though I miss a woman's voice in this.... But I'd love to offer Aubrey another perspective to consider in telling his story. Your head is not too big. Your mother's body is not malformed. Could it be that with the biggest love a mother could have for a baby her body was protecting you from.... Well maybe (more analogies) from our crazy world but possibly her body was reacting to the glaring, harsh, foreign birth environment of the hospital with strangers all around. Her body refused to open in order to protect you. Also one more analogy for our time.... I learned in childbirth class for my babies that often when the cervix reaches 6 centimeters it is a moment when the mother feels like she can't go one more minute of this work. This is when most women ask for an epidural not knowing that usually the next four centimeters go faster than the previous 6. I have been feeling with the fear fear fear being dished at us, crazy division, political upheaval, mandates, how much longer can we hang on? I wish I could know that we are at 6 centimeters. I could hang on for four more.....

"We're here to be witness to the Cosmic combination of the Feminine and Masculine Archetype right now. As those twist together we will so enjoy the hope of the unknown as it becomes quickening in us. And then we feel this inevitable new life about to emerge and we get that goose-bumpy moment over and over again; that will remind us to let go of the fear and the guilt, and to reset the epigenetic potential of the species". - Dr. Zach Bush MD. Most profound thing I've heard in quite some time I have to admit

I enjoyed the relaxed visual presentation of this video; especially the socks. I feel like I'm proud to be a mother because if as a mother I was vessel where another being was able to manifest, then I learned something and participated in something miraculous. These guys are a representation of another mother's participation, regardless of head size. :-) I'm personally prepping for my future journeys by creating a business that will reunify nature with humanity. I'm 59 and I hope to live long long enough to see this business grow to a place where it can sustain itself. I've followed zac for some time now, and recently watched your Matias de Stephan video so I was willing to watch this. I was the vessel for 3 beings to manifest in this dimension. 2 vaginally and one c section. My sons head was either too big or he didn't have a soft spot. He was 10.5 lbs. After my first birth I contracted cervical dysplasia. I was not a sexually promiscuous person. I had never had it before. The treatment was kryosurgery. Fast forward 5 years and 2 miscarriages and I had another vaginal birth. Again I contracted cervical dysplasia, did not have it in between. This time the treatment was a coning procedure where they cut out the cells. Personally I think this destroyed my cervix. So combined with, my sons big head my final pregnancy 2 years later (1996) ended in a c section. I know the feeling you speak of the pushing, feeling like giving up, then seeing it through. Although I get your presentation I believe the end result bothered me more than my son. He got here, alive and to me that was all that mattered. If it needed to happen by a c section, so be it. I'm happy for that technology. In hind sight I wouldn't have had the coning procedure. I know it would be nice if all births could be natural because getting through that feeling of homeless is important, but it just can't happen for everyone. I feel like c sections should be for emergencies. But there's a huge stigma placed on birth by doctors. And one c section says you're doomed. I saw it with my daughter who ended up having 3 c sections. The first she was forced into. Once she had that. There was a stigma that colored the other 2 births. But in the end my grandlittles are here. . . And healthy and that is all that matters. We are miraculous. Good video.

I appreciate this podcast as it resonates so deeply to my truth. One of my moments of learning about true strength, and truth validation. Was the natural birth of each of my 3 children. It allowed me to experience my fear, of not being able to do this, and then finding a primal faith that if I trust in myself and completely surrender to what being a human female truely is, it will be fine no matter the outcome. It will be as we chose it to be. It shows so many facets of our limits, and awesomeness of possibilities. All from a natural event. The new possibility from 1 and 2 create the new. No matter the outcome, something new is created.

I had a 24-hour labor and an emergency C-section. Thought I was gonna die and wanted to die on the operating table. Strong meds and stress during event caused PTSD and OCD for years after. Didn't anticipate how mentally unpleasant it is to be awake while people cut open stomach while they tell you they are doing it (I didn't feel anything tho). Mental, physical, spiritual scars are real for many mothers from childbirth. Men do not share this physical, spiritual, and mental onus in procreation, which is probably why the bible offers the explanation...Eve ate the apple. Further, it is EXPERIENCED by the woman and not the man, and as we all know here, such things can never be transferred to another by explanation. 🤷 So goes generation after generation of the strength of the feminine...

I also endured 24hr of labor only to have the birthing process end in a c section. The days that followed were torture techniques administered in a hospital, never allowed more than 2hrs sleep at a time, my baby constantly taken away to be pricked and tested and returnedto me bawling. It was the worst experience, I wish I had known then what I know now. I would've handled everything so differently

Life imitates and is nature. A lot of our questions can be answered learning from nature. We can’t separate ourselves from nature. We are apart of it. I’d love to hear these birthing topics and analogies with a woman’s and more so a mother’s perspective. Great stuff though guys. Cool to see you all in the same room. Well done.

From artificial light, to the drugs used, to the electrosmog of all the machines...etc. I wish more woman knew that there was the potential to have orgasmic childbirths and that hospitals and our culture nurtured, promoted, and taught us to have that kind of experience. Also, I really wish yall would have addressed circumcision! Yall could change so many parents' minds and help us move in the direction to ending this horrific practice. Pls! 🙏

For a long time, women have been saying what they said. No one listens to us. They listen to men however. I love these men and what they offer here but the System is patriarchal and we are all wired to listen to the male voice. What's needed more now are the voices of women, mothers, grandmothers and more ... especially as we have moved into the first nanoseconds of the return of the Divine Feminine.
