Akeel has worked in the city of London for 38 years with the well-known bank Rothschild & Co, but his life began in a small village in Africa. He grew up in a Muslim family in Tanzania and at the age of five he went to a boarding school in Africa before coming to the UK aged 7 to continue his schooling. After school, he went to Oxford University to study Law. In his final year he was invited to an event organised buy the student Christian Union. Someone invited him to discuss the Christian faith and claims of Jesus.
Join Roger Carswell in conversation with Akeel as he talks about his experiences through life, his journey to faith and the difference being a Christian makes.
