The more supportive you are to the people around you, the more you can be seen as a leader. Very well said. Thank you Sridhar for a very insightful and inspiring sharing.

Passion is for your work. I can work in my field throughout the day but if you ask me to do it for others, I won`t be as passionate. Similar is the case for coding, I will maintain WLB and take time out for my kids n family. Easier said than done.

Well said, some companies crate fake urgency for delivery, and create downside for life. After all the grinding at work, only family lasts.

Sorry to say, that's just an excuse !!! Yes agreed, it may take little more time than anticipated if you were born in India.

This is bare bone corporate culture propaganda at best. He doesn't say much useful stuff. He also says stuff I've seen conflict based on company culture and your manager's personality.

This is BS. Talk about politics at Google Ads and how to navigate them. That would be a better TED talk.

Nothing is politics. Either you are with them or outsider. You may get something or get kicked out
