From Ashes To New is five shows into a new headlining tour with The Word Alive, Catch Your Breath, and Ekoh in support of their successful fourth album, "Blackout". The tour will wrap up with a double feature in Harrisburg, PA, for a back to back Christmas Homecoming.
The show was held in an 800 person sold out church that was flipped into a concert venue with a full blown record store that had a large variety to choose from in a 4 room stretch. This was located just outside of Pittsburgh that could be considered a close to home show, full of familiar faces.
The band put on an electrifying show with a new double layer stage layout that raised the drums and added to the show's brilliance. I highly enjoyed their stage charisma, crowd engagement, as well as their fully animated performance. No one was ready for the show to end as the crowd chanted for more and more they got.
The line-up on this tour is a back to back worth seeing which continues to bring me back to a variety tour stops/ festivals to support each of these bands as they grow their platform. 10 for 10
I got to catch up with the guys after the show with surprise that they remembered me from last year's show during this same time to kick off my string of birthday fun. Thank you so much for the kindness 🫶.
I'll be returning to their final show of the year on December 17.
