BRITTNEY Kade, 21, from Palm Springs, had one image in her mind when she decided to transition from male to female as a teenager - the ultimate Barbie doll. In fact, Brittney’s spent at least $30,000 to transform herself into plastic perfection. She told Truly: “I’ve had a brow lift, cheeks filled, a liquid rhinoplasty, my lips done, and obviously breast implants. I’d love to go bigger.” Brittney’s love of the Barbie look started as a child, and as she grew up, she realised she wanted to emulate the look of the dolls she used to play with. Her plastic surgery has caught lots of attention online, but Brittney ignores the negativity she receives. She added: “Everyone, no matter what you look like, gets negative feedback, but if you’re judging me on my look, that’s more shallow than any procedure or thing that I could do.” Despite some mixed reaction from her family, her mum Staci is perhaps her biggest supporter. But will she be happy when Brittney reveals her next permanent procedure?

Yeah. But whether it's a Marilyn Monroe or a Barbie doll that's captivated someone, that's what they'll be going for, in however many, available, ways they can swing. Be it 1950 or 2021. It's amazing to me how sensitive, cool the mom was to allow her suffering child at age puberty! to begin transitioning with hormones. I've read where one or two 'puberty aged' transistioner's began hormone therapy with parent / doctor permissions and support who later changed their minds. I honestly don't think that could have happened without being allowed to fully know, know. As in what was best for them, to 'get' themselves. As long as a sincere, genuine, act of good intent is being taken. That's us doing our best to learn, what's ultimately, best for us.✨🙌✨✌✨🙌✨

no reputable surgeon would ever agree to giving her a further lip lift as the space between her nose and lips is already so so small, judging by her before and after pictures it's evident that she's already had a lip lift along with multiple fillers to achieve a more 'feminine' appearance yet it's bordering on comical at this point. her wanting this further procedure was most likely scripted for the video as the scene with her mother seemed very contrived and acted. she would look even more of an angler fish monster if she underwent a further lip lift.

I'm so glad that there's medical technology available to help her transition and be who she wants to be, but she needs to realize when she's gone far enough. Also she never went through male puberty so an x-ray of her skeleton may not read as male. Pronouns are used for social reasons more so than scientific ones. It's a shame for many folks who feel they want to portray what they feel inside on the outside are not able to do nearly as much as people like this because they do not have the money. These surgeries are not considered necessary so they aren't covered by insurance and not everyone was born with a silver spoon. As a doctor, absolutely NO to hormonal therapy for children, i would go to the ROOT of his trans issue: the familiy and friends. Some of these poor kids are sexually abused in early childhood, neglected by parents, low income non educated families. Look at the mother, she agree her son is abused for money, says yes to these surgeries. After several more years as a sex slave, this guy's soul will be so 💔💔💔

I have ZERO issues with someone struggling and needing to be the person on the outside to fit the person on the inside. BUT.... "Beyond proud if yourself, working really really hard"...AKA SUGAR DADDIES $$$ Where can I find one? I need a life changing/saving surgery that is $28k, I've lost $1.4 million in 5 years just to keep myself alive.

Look out for pain pill dependence. When anyone of us does undergo, multiple surgeries for whatever reasons, legitimate pain pill prescriptions, go with it. Not preaching. Really just caring to be straight with you. In my personal experiences, observations, over and throughout 3 generations ~ Now, I feel, is a good time to be honest. For my own tastes I think a lip lift would be a good idea IF she also cuts down on the intense lip fillers. It could give her big lips with a more natural appearance / less of a duck bill look if she uses it in place of the fillers. But maybe she wouldn't be interested in a more natural look and that's totally fine too.
