@@DrMalbin i got to 95 with a skeleton in the fog islands, repeatedly getting my shit kicked in by large groups of fog men. it took many hours. it would have taken double the time to get to 100, considering a 20 minute long fight at 3x speed barely got my toughness up by 5%, but it is doable.
