Yes, you are expressed the points for the spouse for the professional life of both. But about their personnel family life, almost all NRI matches settlements nearly around the age of 25 years old. In general, A lovely couple get children as soon as possible within 1 or 2 years, they needs for personal attention of baby care and enjoying the motherhood life and sharing heart touch feelings between mother & child. I think spouse may need free time or away from the Job within the first 2-3 years. This aspect may also be planned.

I think you have wrong perspective towards US rules.H4 EAD can come in 6months i don’t think its a big deal.I have bunch of friends who are in USA and started working less than a year. You are really discouraging using depression,Phycological words.

Fiat currenices created lot of jobs in india /Chin duirng past 3 decades. Things r changing now as we pump ~80 million humans NET to Earth per year. Inida itself pumps ~12 million Net to world, among which ~1.3 million = tenp ercent r going overseas Looking for industrial Jobs / niches/ Life styles. In a Limited daiamter earth, things can not be UNLIMITED. Earth does not have reources to fulfill human neds now, ( not counting human greeds). This unpleasant fact is Looked in political view , not in Ecological view, unfortunately
