"My dears????" I know you don't mean it but this sounds very patronising and unprofessional, who are these dears? Older women? I am one and I am better dressed and more chic than a lot of younger people, older women rock! And there's a lot of us so please don't talk down to us. In the UK at least calling someone dear or my dear is offensive.
