I have tought about doing something similar, starting from troue d’arenberg doing the paris-roubaix route into roubaix. Than doing the kemmelberg, koppenberg, paterberg, de muur than doing moskesstraat and smeysberg. Than going to the mur de huy, la redoute, roche aux focon and than to the cauberg
