My husband didn't build mine from scratch, but he bought me one 3 weeks ago that he just finished up the electrical and now will start moving forward with the interior maintenance. I'm super excited and would like to turn mine into my own little tumbler and shirt design workshop. Thank you for sharing this video.

With the split unit (A/C & heat) & the ceiling fan it’s pretty sweet. I’m debating on adding ceiling fans to the porch bc it’s so hot in SC. Definitely no fire place for me in such a small place. Mainly bc I’m in SC so it’s hot most of the year & it was intended to be a studio so lighting & sound were my biggest focus. Where are you located?

Thank youuuu! For construction, insulation, electrical & AC/Heat I paid about $12,000. The size is 13X16 plus, but 13X19 if you include the porch size

Thanks! It’s there & around the entire structure. I have no condensation or moisture issues at all. It’s almost a year that I’ve had it & it’s been perfect. The contractor added the threshold. It’s an amazing addition to my property.
