@@alandickerson3379 I am glad you are getting better. Nature will help you heal. Bathing feet in cold water in the morning and evening provides a great benefit for the central nervous system. Before eating go outside barefooted, raise your head upwards and breathe heavily and slowly in the clean air several times, swallow it after each inhalation and mentally ask Nature to provide you with everything you need to be strong and healthy. The earth as you know contains a current, electricity so it is necessary to walk barefoot every day as much as you comfortably can. We need to let Nature surround us and it will provide us with life giving strength. You will be feeling healthy and strong again soon! 🙏❤

What a delightful place you're at . Seeing right-hand drive vehicles on left side of the road is just like here . I suppose the air at that altitude is quite thin and colder but your feet are so strong and hard for you to handle it . Thank you for sharing it with us .
