Hello! What s cozy balcony! The hanging plants are like curtains. I wouldn't use the artificial grass only because of cleanup such as a pot with dirt that falls, clipping back plants etc. - the balcony floor easier to sweep up & mop! Artificial grass looks nice but can absorb heat in high summer temperatures..your balcony set up looks great even without it..
