Hello very interesting..do you know or have a more detailed map where to find red or yellow ochres ..im near the central pyreneese France ... i re create american indian pottery and souce all my material by hand if possible Thanks

Does green ball clay can be used as an ochre? Or it must be bisque before?

Green ball clay can be used as a pigment in paint, but it has very weak tinting.
