Very well narrated global requirement,what needs to be done, and how is india getting ready to empower its youth. The main impediment to the efforts being put in could be the attitude and the mindset of its human resources which is shaped by our by and large prevailing value system. Unless that is worked upon, our success rate may not reach at the expected level. The solution is to focus on the education of children upto primary level. And the meaningful work cannot be done unless until the education is redefined.

Despite having skilled workforce, which is very evident as Indian/Indian Origins are leading big tech Giants. We are still not ruling the Tech World. It’s hight time, and we need to smell the Coffee, we need heavy investments in R&D. A successfully developed in-house technology will not only help us in achieving self reliance, but also help in providing employment to the skill human resource we have. This is the only permanent way we can create sustainable work-labour matrix.

Population is not at all a problem. Probably we can not forcefully control the Population. In China ratio of non Workable Force to Workable is growing due to declining Birth Rate and increasing Life expectency, but it is a an obstacle for their Economic Growth. At present they r using 18 lacs Industrial Robotics without affecting their unemployment rate, only people r shifting from low knowledge job to high knowledge job. Today we r Labour Supplier Hub to Developed countries, tomorrow it may not be.
