What happens to all the apples on the ground? Can they be used for anything?

We can’t pick them up and put them in the bin after they hit the ground! So nothing. Some people had them up for deer

what's the price of apples now for you when you sell them to the market, and what's the rate per one box for your workers?

I don’t wanna go out prices out there, but there is plenty of inventory due to multiple large crops in a row. Including this year! The average price is around 20$ a box. But that changes depending on variety! Great questions!
