thank you for the insight of the project documentation in NZ. It's never good to compare too much how it's done elsewhere, but I am an architect/site supervisor living in Eastern Europe so I enjoy your videos showing how you work in your conditions. I find the plans "understandable" and not much different when not speaking of materials or detailing, fortunately your are using metric system too :D In the last years we stopped using the strings to measure the position of the foundations/building outer corners on site, but rather call surveyor two times to measure everything with GPS before digging or laying the foundation walls.

That's interesting to hear! Thanks for commenting. We also use a surveyor first then string out everything. I live in fear I will put a house in the wrong position so always triple check these things
