This dude Austin is the worst podcast host. As a host you are supposed to ask the questions and let the guest talk and elaborate. This guy CONSTANTLY interrupts the guest. He just loves to hear himself talk. Half way through the interview, Kyle becomes the host and asks the questions while Austin talks about himself. 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Nope, i disagree, i like this dude because he is very different from the norm in this trading social media space. Honestly alot of these dudes on podcast seem like little mamas boys and are afraid to offend and blah blah blah. Booooring. I like Austin because he's a straight shooter and says what he wants, fuck if I agree with him or not. And fiiiiiiinally someone said something about dubai...look ..i smoke weed, im not going to dubai, fuck that, they have no separation between church and state. They will cut that hand off if you fart in the wrong direction. Im good. Everyone in the trading space is always praising dubai...motherfucker i dont behave well enough to survive in dubai, their cops wont be tolerating any part of my personality. By the way, im from Boston. Good podcast!

I wouldn’t go so far as saying he’s the worst, but everyone can improve. Austin if you’re reading this, would it be a crazy idea to give the guests a bit more airtime? I know you can do it 👌🏼

This podcast would be 100x better if the interviewer wasn't always cutting off the guest. Cutting a guest off in a podcast interview is really bad for a few reasons 1. It disrupts the flow: Interrupting a guest can disrupt the natural flow of conversation, making it harder for listeners to follow and engage with the content. 2. It may appear disrespectful: Cutting off a guest can come across as disrespectful or dismissive, potentially damaging the relationship with the guest and affecting future collaborations. 3. It limits insights: By interrupting, you may prevent the guest from fully expressing their thoughts or sharing valuable insights, depriving both you and your audience of valuable information. 4. It can hinder rapport: Interruptions can create tension and hinder the development of rapport between you and your guest, affecting the overall quality of the interview. 5. It may alienate your audience: Constantly cutting off guests can frustrate your audience and lead them to perceive you as impatient or lacking in listening skills, potentially driving them away from your podcast. 6. Diminished credibility: Constant interruptions can diminish your credibility as an interviewer, as it may appear that you are more interested in asserting your own opinions or agenda rather than genuinely engaging with the guest. 7.Missed opportunities for follow-up questions: Cutting off a guest prematurely may prevent you from asking follow-up questions or exploring interesting tangents that could add depth and nuance to the conversation. 8. Reduced audience satisfaction: Listeners tune in to podcasts to hear insightful conversations and engaging interactions. Constant interruptions can detract from the overall listening experience, reducing audience satisfaction and potentially leading to negative reviews or feedback. 9. Impact on guest comfort and performance: Interrupting a guest can make them feel uncomfortable or rushed, potentially affecting their performance and willingness to share openly during the interview. 10. Lost potential for organic moments: Allowing the conversation to flow naturally without interruptions can lead to the creation of organic and memorable moments that resonate with your audience, enhancing the overall quality and impact of the podcast episode. Just some stuff to think about. I hope you take this criticism constructively and not as me coming off as hating or trying to be rude.

You can give back to socitey by contributing to causes you believe in and are passionate about in the world... Dont say traders are just greedy people... We all are a bit greedy, but its what you do with the profits that shows what your true character is. "Money does not change someone, it only reveals who they truly were to begin with"

Very nice episode Austin, I had been following Jadecap for a while, and watching and listening to this "in-person" interview was really great! Thanks a lot for that! The comments regarding the environment resonated with me, born and raised in a country with almost the same warm weather all year long, to moving to the Tokyo area, packed with people, taking 1.5 hours on average on one-way commuting time, and having 4 seasons with not used to the cold and also hot and humid periods, makes us feel the need of changing or adapting our habits to the new environments. Looking forward to more of these great interviews!

I understand that every second must be filled with content but this host needs to give the guests more time to establish and complete their thoughts. please reduce interrupting the guest after asking a question (you ask amazing questions but then you (the host) also answer them? makes no sense). Now we have to hope that Jadecap accepts another podcast soon
