I like the . building and all the pools. Condos itself are a little small, but how far are you to the beach ⛱️. And you didn't say if it is in Jomtien or Pattaya. Also is the Ocean safe to swim in Pattaya

Nice interesting video.. IMHO every condo should have a king-size bed. Noone inside the big pool at 1st condo.. probably not much rented out. The daily prices for that 2 bedroom are ridiculous high (7k fir 1 night).. u can get a 5 star hotel room for that money and even save 2000 baht per day. Still good video

Depends on owner. In our experience foreign owners give bigger discounts. We got our condo where we live from 15k a month to 10k a month by paying a year in advance 👍❤️👍
