This was very cool to listen to. Being someone who's day job is to hire people, it's refreshing to hear a business leader say they care about each individual person they hire. I love how this concept is what led to the idea of having a nickname for each employee. I feel very blessed to be one of Dan's friends. He's the real deal and is a great representation of hard work, humility, love, friendship, and authenticity. Dan sounds too good to be true…but he is 100% genuine! I’ve never met someone so devoted to teaching and building those he works with. Everyone who wants to be successful needs a mentor like Dan in their life.
