So you want make captive agents pay for their own crm seat?
@FinalExpense
@FinalExpense Жыл бұрын
Yes, 100%. It includes CRM, unlimited leads, E+O, nonresident licenses, administrative support, and more. No agent applying a full effort actually pays this fee because there is a bonus to offset it based on talk time and production. In addition to that, its actually a legal requirement in most states to charge a seat fee to 1099 contractors for anything they are provided. If that charge wasn't there, we could get in trouble in many of the states we sell in. Having a little skin in the game does more good than harm. I don't have a single agent applying a full time effort who ends up having to pay the full fee because of the bonus that offsets it.

@@FinalExpenseI’ve always been told when something is structured off bonuses to survive in the insurance business run far.

@@bhh2100 Yeah I agree. If theres a system that relies on bonuses for agents to make it, I would steer clear. That bonus on the seat fee has nothing to do with the agent surviving. Most places like us have a much higher seat fee (if not they're asking for a Department of Labor lawsuit) and don't offer any sort of incentive to offset it. From my experience coaching agents, an agent surviving in this business has more to do with them working 50+ hours per week starting out and I won't bring anyone on unless they give me that commitment. I spend $650 just to onboard an agent, so I only do that IF they give me that full commitment. I am building a team of A-players who are all-in with their insurance career. We have a $100,000 guarantee where if the agent sticks to all of the commitments they give us before starting, and they don't make $100,000 in their first calendar year, then the IMO will write them a check for the difference between $100,000 and what they made. IDK anywhere else that does something like that. Maybe we start a trend! Haha. We do have some pretty solid bonuses, which keep people excited and in a competitive spirit. One girl last year who made $140,000 made $105,000 in commissions and $35,000 in bonuses. So the bonus structure is definitely solid but it does not dictate whether someone survives or not.

@@FinalExpense that’s sweet my man. I use to sell life insurance two years ago. I watch you to motivate myself in the morning before calls. I moved onto health insurance and enjoy it way more. Made 190k last year and I enjoy is a lot more. Not getting chewed out on the phones or getting chargebacks like I was in life

Hey Justin, it would be awesome if you did a video about the amount of money that's getting deposited into your agents' bank account. This would kind of give us an idea of how much we can expect to make per month or week. I know a lot of people post the AP, but that isn't what is necessarily being deposited into their bank accounts. Here's a great example: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pHennnmOrZKHrKc
