I love FIL so much but this was an off day for them. Joey is such a good live singer and he's just not "right" in this set. He even sounds a bit sick. I've seen them live twice and this is not a good representation of what they can do live.

yeah I totally agree. I actually saw them about a week after they did this audio-tree session and they blew my mind, so it must've been a mix of it being an off day for Joey and it's also harder to sound good singing when your voice is going through the microphone right into the system instead of the way it is onstage. (through the PA along with all the other instruments meshing together)

This was really bad. I feel like the lead guitarist was new to the band or something. A bunch of flats. Good song, terrible take.
