I was born and raised in Kailua. I have been on the mainland for 36 years. Just seen the show. Success is great but that thing that is missing is Jesus. Not a higher power. The scripture says, no one is good not one. Everyone needs their sins forgiven. There is only one way and it is Jesus. I wish the best for them and I hope they get saved.

This is wonderful, you both are very inspiring! Thank you for putting yourselves out there like this. I watch A LOT of youtube videos and never have I seen such raw vulnerability, especially a couple. You should name your virtual series Aloha & Deals Pono Series because when you put passion and purpose to doing the right things investing in real estate that's what it is all about, -being pono. Here on the Big Island, there is a SHORTAGE of ~15000 affordable homes within our communities, yet no one is building to our 7 story height maximum which I think is a huge opportunity for MF development here to SOLVE this. One thing we have a lot of here is LAND. Yet we have an 80% gap in population density growth capability and we still are going to need more housing and infrastructure for years to come! Would love to attend your next Aloha and Deals meetup! Mahalo nui loa!
