Come on people promote this channel. With the quality of Alice’s channel it should be up around 1 million subscribers.

I note that this channel and another that I commonly view have the highest views when titles contain things like “solo” or “alone” or “best of”.

Alice, that's crazy (cool). I'm curious how the body would feel or react if a person swam or floated in the dead sea weekly or daily. I would have to assume he or she would have immaculate skin. Thanks Alice.

@@AliceFordAdventures I'm curious if the community desalinated water frin the sea, ot drank water from a fresh water source. I believe citizens in Israel and some neighboring cultures desalinate water.

Alice, I know it's important to peddle the merch and land the clicks. But not 10kilometers from where you're uploading your smiley vid, Palestinians are being ethnically cleansed by Israeli settlers with the winking support of the IDF. I think you are aware of this, if you pay more attention to media than tracking your own on-line profile. Very very crass of you to post a tourist vid from the Dead Sea (Jordan as you should know is 'home' to hundreds of thousands of Palestinian refugees since 1948). So very crass when life is utterly fraught and murderously stressful for Palestinians ... in Gaza (of course!), in the West Bank (yes!) and in Jerusalem, and this has spillover for Palestinians and all Arabic peoples in Jordan. Have a great day.
@AliceFordAdventures9 ай бұрын
It’s not, tourism is Jordan’s main source of income as they don’t have oil like many of its neighbors. I was there when the war broke out , and was invited by Jordan. They need tourists more now than ever before so I don’t think it’s in poor taste to be supporting a country that everyone wants to forget about because its neighbor is at war. Jordan is a wonderful place, most people there don’t recognize The land Israel occupies as Israel but as Palestine and call it so but that’s a whole other conversation. If I was promoting going to Israel I’d agree with you but Jordan is not its neighbor not do they support Hamas
@9UaYXxB9 ай бұрын
@@AliceFordAdventures Thanks for your response, Alice. I know that Jordan's economy is really hugely stressed, not only the massive number of Palestinian refugees for the past 75 years, but more recently an immense number of Syrian refugees as well. Your response to me was very measured and lucid, you could have simply told me to F.O. and that would have been understandable. Thank you for your character and your principled discourse.

I have a terrible time trying to float in regular water, so floating in the dead sea was a ton of fun. Have you ever swam in a salt lake somewhere else on earth?
@2011woodlands9 ай бұрын
Looks like you swam next to a old M-42 Duster twin barreled AA gun. Middle eastern nations have a bit of risk for western women traveling on their own, i would suggest finding a group in the urban areas to venture around cities. I met the King of Jordan in the US traveling out west on a motorcycle as a tourist many years ago.
@AliceFordAdventures9 ай бұрын
Thanks for the tank or plane knowledge. Most of this trip I was with a group or friends but in Aqaba I was alone and that certainly changed the way I felt about walking around. How cool to have met the king :) Happy New year
@2011woodlands9 ай бұрын
He was a prince at the time, the tracked vehicle was a AA weapon probably sold to Jordan in the 1980s.@@AliceFordAdventures
