small tracks have no traction now, so if you lose a couple tracks you're screwed unlike wheels, hovers and legs.

The reduction in track traction was a direct nerf it now makes dodging and juking dogs on your tail nearly impossible really, any effective jukes are just not possible anymore. As you drift, like with wheels, to make them better, they really had to reduce the turning radius. Sure, more people like them because they drift, and they find it funny, but they are just a worse version of wheels now, literally. People liking them more doesn't mean they are better. Also, making them worse doesn't help them at all. I'm honestly speaking for every track here, not just the small ones.

16:08 ironically I think your build would work well with the icebox, constant and passive 20% damage + 40% rotation speed would do wonders to the Avalanche.

Personally, I use the icebox avalanche as a helicopter and it is actually a lot of fun. Icebox perk affects the avalanche permanently whereas ghost and whaler would buff it temporarily. Always wondered how a ground build icebox avalanche would fare... Probably not great but worth a shot!

Been enjoying small Trax as well... can be hard to snap aim while pivoting with slow turning weapons, but it's fun.

It's dumb, but those flares also work in car only mode, so you may as well add it to every build (if power score allows, it's supper light) As well, I haven't looked recently, the "factions parts" have a general stats for size and shape. (aside from the resistance) The apc and such are high power score, high armor, average weight. The shipping container parts are average power score, high armor, high weight Founders (if I recall) average power, average armor, average weight Lunatics low power, low armor, low weight Dawn and Firestarters elemental resistance, with dawn being "the heavy" of the two

I do like the tracks now. It feels like they removed that spinout they used to do when you turn too hard at high speed, I havent had my tracks spin out once now. I was also wondering if Phobos could push track limits up, thanks for testing that for me lol. We should schedule races once in March, ill donate 3 prizes again.

Your "Juggernaut" is sliding because you have a lot of weight at both extreme ends of the build... high polar moment of inertia. Even though that usually means slower steering, the rotation is accentuated, and feels like it slides or drifts. On the other hand, builds that are armored heavy up front and lighter in the rear are going to steer slow, but not have that accentuated rotation... basically feel like a slug. Paying attention to your center of gravity, AND how far outbound/inbound your movement parts are located is something to think about to improve a vehicles handling. And there's your engineering tip for the day! LOL

- you're the most effective if you don't mix different weapon categories, so first focus on getting a full set of a single category you could imagine using for grinding for some time (like a set of 3 Vectors or Sledgehammers) - learn the maps and keep watching the minimap - always try to disarm close-by shotguns first (they are the biggest threat for any team, so use the marking commands on them) and go for solos, but never hunt them down alone (don't split from you team)

Also, if you can, check out streamers on you tube or twitch. Watching live you can ask questions and even group with experienced players. JB streams most Fridays and Saturdays. Death waits 4 u is a great Canadian streamer on twitch, Shockradio I believe sreams on both. Welcome to crossout, I also started recently. The game is brilliant but the paid content platform is terrible. It's better than most mobile games though, since you can eventually earn everything.

cannons are the best. 2 tsunamis just charge the perk in 1 shot so you can have the perk 2/3 of the time.

@aming It's okay with Cannons, but being able to charge the perk without having to hit something (you can simply fire off into space to charge it up in between fights) makes it useable more often when you need it with something like AutoCannons (since you're don't waste ammo charging it with ACs)

I believe they may be talking about the new author system. It allows player to dodge clans they don't want to fight. You'd subscribe to one for the players who are playing and wait until it say In-game and then que. To avoid playing them
