@ish Kaz they is a jumper on the CRT chassis right behing the flyback labelled large and small. it is right now on small that is why you have the picture not filling the screen move it to large and it will fix it

also you have a degauss problem, when you look at the pinkish upper left corner of the screen however looking from the jamma harness i can guess you do not have the original PSU so you need to get a degaussing want to fix the color

Correct easier fix just use a wand which hasnt arrived yet. Its missing the wiring to degauss anyways so a wand makes it easier
