I was blessed to have a mom who raised me vegetarian with very little dairy in the 80’s. The gift you are giving of plant based eating to your children and to your followers is invaluable! There is a lot of negativity right now from all the carnivore diet people but long term that diet is soooo toxic. Thank you for staying the course! God bless!

I was able to shrink and eliminate my uterine fibroids just by going plant-based, eating only natural ingredients, consuming wild herbs, and drinking lots of water. This diet pretty much saved my life because the fibroids made me severely anemic. So after a blood transfusion, I knew I need to do something fast because surgery was not an option for me even though my gynecologist told me that was the only way to get rid of them. But that wasn't true. I haven't been anemic since eating a natural plant based diet, my menstrual period are much more pleasant, and I feel much better/healthier overall when I stay on track.

I respect all faiths. I will say as a Christian, if we consider the diet in the Garden before sin entered the world, it’s a no brainer to eat this way. Just because God allowed us to consume our fellow sentient beings after our fall, does not mean that should be our goal! We should be seeking to align with what He wanted for us in the beginning 🙏🏻❤️ I hope I didn’t offend anyone, but everything shared in this video are so consistent with my faith. And God is where I start ALL things.

And special thanks for you Erin for showing the placenta in a previous video, because it's very nice to see that all those haters speak nonsense. I have been eating plant based for over a decade and the change is real, particularly what you crave and what plant based fats taste like. People who have been plant based for a long time have different taste profile that comes with time. Giving up dairy was the best thing I ever did for my health

What happened to your health when you were plant based and what foods fixed it
@ArmindaHeart5 ай бұрын
@@enough425 lots of horrible symptoms of depletion from malnutrition, but the worst symptoms that made living unbearable towards the end of my plant based journey was heart palpitations, difficulty breathing, anxiety, depression, insomnia, weight gain, IBS, and pure exhaustion. Even though I ate a well planned diet and supplemented and took herbs to try to remedy the symptoms and quit caffein and sugar, and kept a peaceful life and was told I was just fine by my doc based in my blood work and heart monitors ordered several times… I literally felt like I might not wake up in the morning, that I might die in my sleep. I felt awful every single day, all day long, for years. After eating a big bowl of beef pho, I felt every starving cell in my body awaken and thank me for finally feeding them so they could get back to work. I started eating meats, eggs, and dairy again, no more pointless restriction, and within a couple of weeks most of my symptoms vanished and the rest vanished with a little more time. I feel fantastic again. Veganism will deplete you over time because your body cannot absorb all the nutrients you think you’re absorbing, and supplements aren’t always fully absorbed either. People who’ve been vegan for awhile are lying to you. I lied to myself for way too long about why I was so sick from my lifestyle. I wasn’t underweight. I didn’t under eat. I supplemented. I ate a huge, healthy variety of whole foods. For a diet that’s supposed to be perfectly, holy, and healthy how can it be so dang easy to become ill? Why do so many people give it up in the end? If it’s for the animals, they’re not worth my suffering, nor my family’s. Veganism not only causes human suffering, it still causes animal suffering too. It isn’t as high and mighty as the hip vegan ambassadors make it out to be. I do support ethical and regenerative farming, all the way! 👍

@@livefreeallways dogs and cats won’t thrive on only nice cuts of meat, but also organs, cartilage, fat, blood, and bone - especially cats. Think about what both canine and feline would eat in the wild. You can’t just give them meat. Also, dogs are omnivores, so they require nutrients found in foods other than meat, like eggs, greens/vegetables, fruits, etc. It is possible to provide adequate nutrition to your pets from your kitchen but please do the research first 🙏 This is why I wholly disagree with people feeding their pets vegan pet food. It’s animal abuse, in my opinion. It’s why I also wholly disagree forcing children to be vegan. Adults can make their own restrictions but children should not be forced into something totally unnatural to humans.
