I was blessed to have a mom who raised me vegetarian with very little dairy in the 80’s. The gift you are giving of plant based eating to your children and to your followers is invaluable! There is a lot of negativity right now from all the carnivore diet people but long term that diet is soooo toxic. Thank you for staying the course! God bless!

I was able to shrink and eliminate my uterine fibroids just by going plant-based, eating only natural ingredients, consuming wild herbs, and drinking lots of water. This diet pretty much saved my life because the fibroids made me severely anemic. So after a blood transfusion, I knew I need to do something fast because surgery was not an option for me even though my gynecologist told me that was the only way to get rid of them. But that wasn't true. I haven't been anemic since eating a natural plant based diet, my menstrual period are much more pleasant, and I feel much better/healthier overall when I stay on track.

I respect all faiths. I will say as a Christian, if we consider the diet in the Garden before sin entered the world, it’s a no brainer to eat this way. Just because God allowed us to consume our fellow sentient beings after our fall, does not mean that should be our goal! We should be seeking to align with what He wanted for us in the beginning 🙏🏻❤️ I hope I didn’t offend anyone, but everything shared in this video are so consistent with my faith. And God is where I start ALL things.

Loved this video…complete with vibrant colors (as usual) and baby Zoe hiccuping thruout. 🥰 (I thought the last one was so good too, it was so honest) I appreciate you guys! 💚 As I’ve commented before, I’ve been an ethical vegan and strict WFPB eater for 35 years, and while I’m not able to exercise or engage in normal activities or to even really enjoy my life due to debilitating injuries from a long ago car accident, the one thing that I know is that only vibrant whole food goodness is going into my body, and that I’m not contributing to the unspeakable suffering and death of animals. 🍃 Incidentally, I have a vegan friend here whom I found out attended one of your Costa Rica trips, and I spotted her in the clips you showed! 😊

Now all the vegan haters are silent of course when they can clearly see that this vegan baby is very strong and well developed. And special thanks for you Erin for showing the placenta in a previous video, because it's very nice to see that all those haters speak nonsense. But of course if someone doesn't have many vegans around them and everyone constantly bullies them and bombards them with anti-veganism and horror stories, such 'proofs' like yours is so important! Keep doing the work you do because it is so important and really does make a change in people's lives. ♥

The link between cholesterol and heart disease has been over amplified and statins are not the answer. Lots of recent info, worth a little research. Very hard to tell the child of doctors this. I have been eating plant based for over a decade and the change is real, particularly what you crave and what plant based fats taste like. People who have been plant based for a long time have different taste profile that comes with time. Giving up dairy was the best thing I ever did for my health

I’m 90% plant based. But I find wild fatty fish important for me. Sardines, mackerel and wild Alaskan salmon. Their source of Omega-3 works the best for me. Everything else is fruits, vegetables and certain low-lectin whole grains.

What happened to your health when you were plant based and what foods fixed it
@ArmindaHeart
@ArmindaHeart 5 ай бұрын
@@enough425 lots of horrible symptoms of depletion from malnutrition, but the worst symptoms that made living unbearable towards the end of my plant based journey was heart palpitations, difficulty breathing, anxiety, depression, insomnia, weight gain, IBS, and pure exhaustion. Even though I ate a well planned diet and supplemented and took herbs to try to remedy the symptoms and quit caffein and sugar, and kept a peaceful life and was told I was just fine by my doc based in my blood work and heart monitors ordered several times… I literally felt like I might not wake up in the morning, that I might die in my sleep. I felt awful every single day, all day long, for years. After eating a big bowl of beef pho, I felt every starving cell in my body awaken and thank me for finally feeding them so they could get back to work. I started eating meats, eggs, and dairy again, no more pointless restriction, and within a couple of weeks most of my symptoms vanished and the rest vanished with a little more time. I feel fantastic again. Veganism will deplete you over time because your body cannot absorb all the nutrients you think you’re absorbing, and supplements aren’t always fully absorbed either. People who’ve been vegan for awhile are lying to you. I lied to myself for way too long about why I was so sick from my lifestyle. I wasn’t underweight. I didn’t under eat. I supplemented. I ate a huge, healthy variety of whole foods. For a diet that’s supposed to be perfectly, holy, and healthy how can it be so dang easy to become ill? Why do so many people give it up in the end? If it’s for the animals, they’re not worth my suffering, nor my family’s. Veganism not only causes human suffering, it still causes animal suffering too. It isn’t as high and mighty as the hip vegan ambassadors make it out to be. I do support ethical and regenerative farming, all the way! 👍

There would be no benefit to us if we were making it up. We’ve been on this diet and lifestyle for 10 years for a reason-because it helps us to feel our best in almost every way, including intense anxiety which we both struggled with before. You’ve really got nothing to lose and so much to possibly gain by giving it a try for yourself, that’s the only way to find out! Give it a solid 60 days and see how you feel!

I can fully understand how you feel! To me V *e*g*a*n*i*s*m is our way back to a Paradise once lost! When you go Vegan you go back to your true Nature...This is why many Vegans are so fulfilled, simply happy! I feel blessed to be vegan...💞🙏🌸 Thank you for this lovely video...Regards from the South of France....🙏🌱🕊🫒🌍🌟

So interesting! My story is vegetarian to stop animal Cruelty not realising the heinous crimes on dairy and chicken farms and I still got very sick (18 years vegetarian.) When I went Vegan to stop paying for cruelty which meant I gave up the eggs & dairy, my body healed completely within a very short time...I would say under 2 months- my doctor was speechless. 9.5 years later, I'm 65 years old. I'm walking 60-78 km a week with my 80% plant based 53 kilo Bullmastiff. I'm faster, fitter, healthier than everyone around me. I only started taking multi vitamins 2 years ago. I am very grateful for the Vegan that came into my life 9.5 years ago and so glad I Listened

@eatmoverest, I love your journey! Favorite comment that you made today is that the foods you eat don’t come with a nutrition (or ingredient) label. That is exactly what I want for me (and my family)! Now if I could just get them on board!

I wish I had put my fur baby on a low protein diet. She ended up with kidney issues and the last beef I gave her caused a uti and eventually led to her last seizure.

Low protein for your dog/cat? Those animals require high protein. Maybe eliminate the grains from their diets 😊

@@ArmindaHeart I never gave her grains. I made her food her whole life but she was fed mostly beef. It was too much for her kidneys.

@@livefreeallways dogs and cats won’t thrive on only nice cuts of meat, but also organs, cartilage, fat, blood, and bone - especially cats. Think about what both canine and feline would eat in the wild. You can’t just give them meat. Also, dogs are omnivores, so they require nutrients found in foods other than meat, like eggs, greens/vegetables, fruits, etc. It is possible to provide adequate nutrition to your pets from your kitchen but please do the research first 🙏 This is why I wholly disagree with people feeding their pets vegan pet food. It’s animal abuse, in my opinion. It’s why I also wholly disagree forcing children to be vegan. Adults can make their own restrictions but children should not be forced into something totally unnatural to humans.

@@ArmindaHeart yes i'm aware of this. I gave her raw meaty bones and added a deydrated organ supplement to her food. The beef was too acidic on her.

You guys are such an inspiration to so many :) If I could give one piece of feedback (as lovingly as possible!)-I feel like we've seen the photo of Erin in the pink tanktop so many times now over the years and every time I see it I think you both were a healthy weight your 'before' pics, granted surely not eating as healthfully. Maybe a question for another Q&A: how can you make sure your awesome eating and lifestyle doesn't border on orthorexia which can be socially isolating and limiting? much love!
