I'm liking George's original & ingenious constructions. I would have liked to see more of the foldaway bed, the homemade stove with its telescoping chimney. I'm impressed that he managed to stop himself from laughing while promoting that Bluetti thingy that paid for your trip.

Yeah nice. We spent a few days out that way after Loughborough we stayed in Hunstanton which would probably be a nightmare in summer but pretty quiet in January went out to Holkham that was pretty nice. Rejigging maps to avoid motorways was the game changer for me things got way more chilled there on. In that sense maybe living on a narrowboat is quite smart like if you've managed to find some relative peace and quiet out on the waterways...

Hi May and George. You need to visit Walcott,it’s on the old coast road in between Cromer and Great Yarmouth,has a beautiful sandy beach which is a good few miles long,old groins for crabbing,you literally park on the road and hop over the wall and you are on the beach,a fantastic Fish and Chip shop and Cafe but the most important part is it is relatively Peaceful there ( no amusements so not many tourists ) there is a caravan park but it’s small and the people are extremely friendly. It’s near Bacton. Nice to see you Happy May and as long as George makes you happy that’s all you need out of a relationship,freedom is important and jealousy is the main contributor to couples relationships failing,open friendships or relationships,friends with benefits ! As long as you two are Happy 🤷‍♂️. It would seem that with the Van,George is very capable with his hands 😉. I Love Norfolk and one day I hope to eventually move there,the dream is a House next to the Broads but away from the majority of people,if I won the lottery a nice Camper Van and a nice House,a Cruiser for the Broads ❤. Either that or a place up in Scotland,somewhere near Loch Lomond ( years ago did a week driving holiday with my then Girlfriend and just drove around the West Coast and we stopped at B+B every night ( wasn’t as expensive as you would think ) and it was a gorgeous Holiday filled with beautiful memories of a lovely Woman who has sadly passed away now. Have Fun you Two 😁🙄 I’m sure you will Lol 😂. Oh almost forgot,don’t forget to go to the Seal Beach near Winterton,just don’t get too close to them because they can be quite aggressive

Loved the idea of the trip but not a fan of the stoney beaches. It's sad to see but the UK countryside really looks warn down & decayed. Should try whitby for a good travel location amazing scenery & sandy beaches its amazing. Loved the van 🙌 & that solar system & Fridge hookup looks awesome 👌 👏

The fridge is cool n all but I just love how a small simple lil grill can cook something so delicious. I’m sure most of our problems as a species is we have over complicated everything and we need to get back to more simple things. We have not actually evolved for the modern life we have created. Also, isn’t it a pity the UK is generally so poorly equipped for van/tiny home living compared to other countries?! We can do better!
