Watched this video just now. It’s 12.30 am. It’s been a bad week for me culminating in a myriad of negative stuff today. Olivia ... you have made me realise how ridiculous all the worries have been and how these ‘ stories’ can be dealt with and put firmly into perspective. I would love a personal meditation along these lines of dropping each story onto a floor and leaving it for someone’s else’s delectation. I feel so much better. You are a wonderful person. I’ve watched you for years but now you have reached a level of contentment and happiness that I would love to find myself. ❤️.
