Well explained, we are also going through the same stage & thinking about returning from New Zealand. Here, the situation is worse, and all the jobs are freezed by government officials. Last month, my friend had selected by aged care home later they withdrawn the offer. For Australia, which visa option is better 186 or 482 ? Bcz we are facing the experience gap from the period of cap.

In 482 visa can we go with dependents if the employer sponsor us? Also after 2years complete can the employer renew our residence if they want us to continue working there? For dependents will the employer pay the fees or its the candidate who should pay ?
