McCoy is so much more interesting than listening to Walsh or rather more affable to be precise - Piggott winning at 54 the Breeders Cup is outstanding in its own right - let alone his whole career - AP was spot on about that.

Laughable comments. How many Arcs has Frankie won compared to Lester? If Piggot's Derby's define him then how many Grand Nationals did you win? Piggott "jocked off" top jockeys off their mounts on the day of the race. A superstar has it on the track and off, Piggott was a legend but no one in my lifetime is better than Dettori. In summary, he was one of the greats, not the greatest and he was flawed. Imagine if Frankel, had been running then, would Lester have picked up the phone?

I think your comments are laughable. Dettori, as good as he is, was, is nowhere near the class of Lester Piggott. And if Frankel was around in the 80's then he would have been beaten , as the 80's was littered with Champions ,that actually got beyond a mile. Dancing Brave , El Gran Senor, Zilzal , Zafonic, Golden Fleece. There's a few Colts to start off with.
