I was in this, team #8. Honestly looking at where you were braking and everything I have no idea how I was doing 1:12s and you guys 1:10s, I was doing exactly the same. Did have a ton of weight added on to the side and when the 2 blue weights flew off I was doing 1:11s easily so might be that.

@@Minx5892 you had 20kgs of extra ballast with you? Normally, the balance of the kart is not changing that much with the extra weights

@@HoelliKart I'm not sure what did it, but I felt like it was really hard keeping the speed and revs up to where I was losing time in each corner. Tried keeping the wheel straight to keep the speed and I'd push out wide on the the kerb, if I turned more I killed my exits. I tried lifting without braking on some corners to see if I could maintain speed but I couldn't. I don't get how with the same weight as everyone else I'm having issues. Everyone should be accelerating the same way and have the same handling characteristics. When those two weights came off I felt much better and felt like I could keep up with people. I had the precision and response I needed without the mid corner problems.

Yo bro how tall are you? Just curious because im about 1,84 and ive been racing professionally since i was a kid but i took a break but now i wanna get back into it but im taller than most karters and weigh more. Was just wondering how that will work out for me
