The guy who plays Mr Knightley gave a good interview. A lot of RP is actually Standard Southern English (SSE), but NOT the posh-sounding version. Listen to Prince Charlie: "On This Day: Charles and Diana's Awkward Engagement Interview, 1981". This guy analyzes how Charlie speaks: "The King's Speech: Charles III's accent" I heard a person from Hong Kong and someone from China speaking in an upper-middle-class English accent and it sounded HORRIBLE because it's just NOT a pleasant accent. For foreigners, it's best to learn General American or Standard Canadian accent. English accents are a minefield and come with too much baggage!
