When i was 15-16yrs old, all of the relatives, friends, etc used to taunt me like why are u so skinny u dont eat food or what Y are u so patla lakda and that used to hurt me a lot and even my mom used to feel bad about it but I had one thing in my mind that once I pass my 10th I will join gym and make a physique like Baki and then see the reactions of all and guess what once I started going to gym I was not able to gain any weight and that even hurt me but after thatt I remained consistent and Continued the gym and even i used to argue with my mom that gym will make my physique better and it takes time so yea from past 13months im consistent at the gym and aged 18years rn and gained 4kgs! I use MB Oats and Biozyme pure isolate protein but that too I have to be ziddi with my mom that i want to buy the whey protein.😅 #BeZiddi
